You are authorized to view, download, and use the Site Content on your computer and any mobile device, and to print a single copy, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify, sell, reproduce, distribute, retransmit, publish, display, or rebroadcast the Site Content, nor create derivative works from it, or otherwise use it for commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of SIXØCINQ. Obviously, nothing in this agreement grants you ownership rights to the Site or the Site Content. 9- Governing Law
Your use of the Site, its features, and its terms of use is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You hereby acknowledge that any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site, its features, or its terms of use will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal, Province of Quebec. You acknowledge that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
